As we move into the second half of the school year, more detailed information regarding the transition to high school and upcoming 8th-grade events will be shared in the coming weeks.
One important item to address at this time is your child’s diploma
We are excited to invite you to another parent information session sponsored by the Watchung Borough Schools, titled “Young Adolescent Behaviors,” with a specific focus on the middle school years.
We are pleased to share that keynote speaker and anti-bullying/cyber safety expert Detective Sergeant Tom Rich will be presenting the Always Connected program in the Watchung Borough School District on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
On Wednesday, January 21st, we will be administering the Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT) to all 5th-grade students. No additional preparation is required for this test, as it assesses abilities not directly taught in the classroom.
December invites a mix of emotions. For many, it is a season filled with excitement, celebration, and long-awaited traditions.
